In these rapidly changing times with families being home with each other working and home-schooling children, we sometimes need a break from the stress and worries that can build up. Focusing on what we are thankful for can be very uplifting and provide a break from worrying.
Click on link to print “I am thankful for…” cards. Each family member can do a daily gratitude card and you can keep them in a jar or vase. After a few days, reading the cards together can be an end of the day activity.
